PLACING YOUR ORDER

After placing your order , an email will be received from us confirming that we have safely received your order. This does no mean that your order has been accepted.

Be aware that all orders are subject to acceptance by us, and another email will be sent once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

The contract between us can only be made once the confirmation email of acceptance and dispatched has been received. Be aware that only items listed in the email as dispatched will be included in the contract.


AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the items in your order are not available. if some of your items are available, it will be made clear in your acceptance and dispatched email . You will be charged ONLY for items available on your dispatched email. 

If you believe you have been charged for items not included on your received order, Do get in contact and a refund will be issued immediately once confirmed. Do allow 2-5 working days for any refund to show in your account. 

Be aware that all refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.


ORDERING ERROR

Changes can be made to your order any time up to the point of 'Submit order' button on the payment and confirm section in check out.

BE aware that all prices displayed on our website excludes all delivery cost and includes any value added tax where applicable.
