DELIVERY 

UK Delivery will be sent by Royal Mail. Unfortunately we currently do not have delivery options for next day, this will be updated at a later date.

All UK orders will be received within 2-5 working days by Royal mail.

Please be aware that orders must be made by 23:00 hours for guaranteed next day dispatch. 

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £49

International deliveries (subject to countries) will be received within 5-9 working days

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER £99.

RETURNS

We hope you never need to return an item however if for any reason you do not love your order we accept all returns by Post.

Please ensure your items are sent within 14 days of the received date. It is important to keep any proof of postage in case of any issues.

All refunds will be issued by the original method of payment.

REFUND Exemptions

1. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept a change of mind on items referred to?accepted as underwear or Piercing product.

2. For damaged items pertaining to any faults of Bend Down Bouteeq, we fully claim responsibility for a full refund and cost of returns. 

PLEASE NOTE PROOF OF RETURN IS COMPULSORY.
